Wine List
Eastern Promise & Southern Shores
To the new Europe we now go to discover a forgotten history of wine in Hungary & Romania. Formerly part of the great wine loving empire of Rome , the legacy of that time is alive in wine to be remembered. We leave Europe and head south stopping first in the cradle of civilization and indeed the birth place of wine, Lebanon. On to the dark continent stopping only in S.Africa to wet our lips before our long journey to the antipodean. Nothing to drink till we reach Australia & New Zealand and the wait has been worth it. Often known as new world wines the reliable and exotic tastes are these days however a firm tradition.
